Why is Create test disabled on Automated?

Automated needs at least one mailbox and one template.

Cause

The button is disabled when you have no Mailboxes or no Email templates.

Fix

  • Add a mailbox in Inbox Insights → Mailboxes.
  • Create a template in Inbox Insights → Email templates.
  • Return to Automated setup and try again.
